We
do our best to provide a caring and efficient service
and are always seeking ways to improve upon it. If you
have a concern with our services or if you have a suggestion
for improving them, then please write to our Business
Manager or ask for our complaints leaflet at reception.
We try to deal urgently with any concerns that have
arisen and with your help to learn from them. In addition,
we are always trying to help our staff develop to their
full potential so it is very helpful to us if our Business
Manager could be advised of any aspects of our service
that may have particularly impressed you.

Patient
Participation Group.
The
Avenue Surgery has an active Patient Participation Group.
The Group was set up in the summer of 1998, and meets
quarterly. It is made up of 11 patients who form, The
Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary and committee
members. There is direct involvement from the Practice
through Dr. Corey and Mr Peter Williams. The Group is actively involved
in patient issues particularly in improving care and
services at the surgery. Our practice newsletter keeps
you up to date with the Group’s activities. It
is normally available from Reception, Warminster Library,
Citizens Advice Bureay, Beckford Centre and our website.
